![]() 9 forum posts | I think I have gone brain dead. I find this site very difficult to navigate and the wishy washy colours remind me of the Axminster tool site. However, having had hard copies of MEW for sometime I signed-up for Digital Editions on 31 May 2016. I have not received any notifications .How do I access them. Apologies for missing the obvious..... |

Firstly go to "Settings" along the gree bar at the top of the page and enter your details (must be the same that you used for subscription) together with your 10 digit subscription number in the MEW box. Assumiong you still take the hard copy the number will be on teh packaging if you don't have a note of it. Once that is done you should then be able to go to "magazines" along the same green bar and select MEW which will then bring up all the digital issues. |

You seem to have two accounts, is it possible the notifications are going to an old email address? Plus as Jason says you need to enter you subscription number(s) If you need further assistance, the contact details for subscription issues are here: Neil |

![]() 19226 forum posts 749 photos 86 articles | Hello Stephen, If you had a full subscriber number we could find out the status of your account, but not from a customer number, I'm afraid. You will need to speak/email someone with access to the full database, and for obvious security reasons we cannot do this - all Jason or I can do is check the status of a subscription if given a full subscriber number. You will need to contact customer services using the link I gave above: **LINK** I can only escalate a subscription issue if someone has been unable to get a resolution through customer services.
