Help recently whilst replying to a thread The website reduced in size to about 1/3rd I think I might have pressed Ctrl instead of Shift I am on widows 8.1 Firefox I have uninstalled firefox then reinstalled and the result is the same Iget he full size on Internet Explorer

Roy try using the combination crtl+ to bring it back to the right size. Should remember it even if you close Firefox and reopen it. The combinations crtl - and crtl + only work for the tab on which you apply them so you can have different settings for different tabs to make viewing easier.

If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, try holding down the 'control' key and twiddling the wheel - this will also zoom in or out in most web browsers.
