2610 forum posts 312 photos | Have you considered using a left handed boring tool that takes the TPG inserts, you would of course fit the tool as a normal boring tool but use on the OD and not ID. If you make your own you could use silver steel and harden and temper if required. Emgee |

![]() 2904 forum posts 448 photos | Triangular, 11 degrees clearance, ground, with countersunk clamp screw hole. 8mm inscribed circle, 2.38mm thick, 0.2mm radius. Something like this? Bit of a minority sport by the looks of it. If you click under where it says "See pages B109–B112 for inserts", it shows you a pic of the dimensions etc. It has 5 degrees slope on the top mounting face. Combined with the 11 degree insert, that leaves 6 degrees of clearance. M2.5 / Torx T7 screw? You can get the screws from APT. |
