3453 forum posts 23 photos | Well that worked well! I wanted to turn a round shaft on a piece of square bar and get fed up swapping chucks and clocking stuff. As luck would have it I had an ER32 collet chuck on the Lathe at the time and the piece of 1/2" black mild fitted nicely in one of the collets. It worked out pretty good so I'll do that again in preference to the four jaw if the jobs small enough. |
