My mill came with an anti-clockwise rotating single tip cutter

It has an insert. Any one know what type of insert it is? it measures approx 10mm

Here is another photo

It only has a chip breaking groove down 2 sides - doesn't a CCMT have then all around them?

Could be for aluminium.
