Greetings all,

I am experiencing some problems downloading / viewing magazines at the moment. I can see the magazine avatar but 'clicking' on it does nothing. Is anyone else having these problems, what is the solution.

Where are you trying to view the mags? here or on pocketmags? What type of subscription do you have? You need Digital or Print Plus to be able to view the mags

Pocketmags offline reader is downloading fine for me, just done 4494.

I have a digital subscription one which I've had for some time and have never had a problem with. I only view on the PC. I tried yesterday to have a look at some mags and again this morning to no avail however Ive just tried again and all seems fine, how strange. Anyone any ideas.

I had this problem a couple of years ago. After a lot of help from magazine staff I was told to empty my internet browser (mozilla based) cache. This worked and I have not been troubled since.
