This site on Ebay sells Zintec in various thichnesses down to 0.7mm nominally 22/23swg. Not quite 24swg but fairly close and might do if the extra thickness can be accommodated.

I tried to get some for a car body repair and every metal factor I tried said they could get it, but there was about a 4-day delivery on it.

It comes in 2m x 1m sheets and is not cheap. I used 1mm plain steel instead and it was cheap.

Hi

If you need larger sheets then this supplier can offer it 3m x 1.5m cut sheets and may be bigger as it would appear that it is initially supplied in a coil. Mind even delivering 3m x 1.5m sheets could be fun unless you have a very large letter box wink 2.

Cheers

Hi All

Thanks for that I find Zintec is better than brass it soft and silver solders and paint sticks to it, most suppliers only go down to .9 mm .
