![]() 1613 forum posts 72 photos | I arranged for flowers from M&S to be delivered to a friend she didn't receive them Hermes contacted M&S and they immediately sent out a replacement M&S later contacted me saying Hermes had provided them with a photo of the flowers outside a porch and had been left there due to no one in whilst you can debate as to leaving them out in the open the photo showed clearly it was the wrong house number ! H |

Not had a single problem.
