How about a microphone gooseneck. Fairly standard and available in different lengths. Fittings are available for the threaded ends. From electrical suppliers (CPC, Farnell or Amazon). Home made job for lathe using a cheap pond lamp housing. Made years ago so possibly not available now. Construction details *** HERE *** John |

The threaded ends will make life easier. Cheaper too as not paying for the clamps on the phone versions which would have to be chopped off. Robin. |
