2 forum posts | I emailed Pocket mags and they came up with this. When you click on the magazine and get the screen with the blue bar that says Read Now go to the bottom of the page and click on View in an alternative reader in red letters then try printing. It worked for me. |

111 forum posts | I have tried all this plus Jason's suggestion but it does not work for me - I end up with either a blank sheet of paper or a very small unreadable image. Are there any official instructions without having to resort to numerous posting threads? Why is it so difficult? In the meantime I have been in the workshop doing something productive! But apologies if I missed something obvious..... John B

159 forum posts 13 photos | Hi John, The correct process is outlined in Luis Trincao's post of the 20th above and restated by Robert Walker. If you could clarify the following questions then someone could probably provide more help Are you following their process, i.e. opening the magazine with the alternative viewer( linked at the bottom of the page)? When you get to the print stage , are you printing with Microsoft PDF printer? When you get the pdf file created how are you opening it? Gerard

111 forum posts | Thanks Gerald Sorry to come back again. No luck so far. I am opening with alternative viewer. Not even sure how I get to the print stage! Do I use the print icon on the right hand bar on the screen, or use my system print? Tried both though without success. Are we supposed to convert the whole mag to pdf then print selected pages? Wish it was simpler though! I have must a block somewhere as I can manage most things on the pc. Kind regards John

![]() 25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles | Yes, use the icon on the right of the page. When you click that it opens a dropdown with the pages going vertically down the page in pairs. Select one or two pages (no more) and then click the "print" tab towards the top of that dropdown. This will open a window where you can select your printer or a pdf printer if you want to save the pages to disc. Watch this video from about 50secs in to see how it's done, the first part shows it not working correctly when "read" is selected rather than alternative viewer Edited By JasonB on 04/05/2021 20:04:45 |
