Hello . Have just looked at Gol matic price list for milling machines, are you sitting down? The lowest priced mill is £10,800.00 +vat . Not what your average model engineer would pay surely, do we need these sorts of adverts.I for one are becomeing dissallusioned with the whole ethos of this site.

Hi Steve Dont know if it is just with the local supplier here but the last time I needed a refill  was told 8.2kgs is now the smallest produced. Still quite portable.

Can any one tell me where I can find information on installing electronic ignition in miniature i/c engines.Have found several web sites but they all seem to think every body understands electronic jargon. I'm surely not alone in this, village idiot  type speak please.

I have a Toolco BG 12-24 Lathe, purchased June 2010. You are correct in thinklng they look the same as Chester and Warco they only differ  in colour and badges apart from minor cosmetic details. mine has done every thing I have needed to do the only problems are operator generated.

Hello Have you tried  autoelectricsupplies.co.uk    I purchased a coil from them at a reasonable price. worth a look any way.

Hi. I am complete beginer to model making. Have recently finished making the above engine, but cannot get it to run for very long , the best so far is about one minute usually ten to twenty seconds. Any one got any comments.
