Maybe your grinder has a built in automatic safety protection, which could be faulty.

I've had the cordless drill and my 12V RC starter on it but the pull cord still seems to be give the best results even though it is a pain to have to keep rewinding it.

Jason, In my model boating days I used a cross looped starting cord around the flywheel this method allowed you to spin the engine over without the need to rewind the starting cord, as you can see in my picture being above the the engine  when starting may not suit a bench mounted engine.

The engine in my boat was a 15cc Gannet Petrol OHV

Thanks Martin - I know I can, but it's then more complex to keep the main dozen websites I frequent as shortcuts on the new tab page. To get here for example I currently click new tab, and then the shortcut to this site, Ditto BBC News and BBC sport. Two clicks to the places I go most often.

I have habituated myself to always search in the top bar - it's just annoying that the search on a new tab page cannot be changed.

You can add your favourite web sites to Collections or the Favourite bar, in favourite bar one click brings up the web site, collections it's two clicks.

Forget about the glue, why not use magnets to hold the two sheets together you can get Neodymium magnets in all shapes and sizes suitable for recessing into the joint face of your boards and give a firm joint.
