Hi.help please.i have done light damage on the cast base on my stuart Turner. S50.its not load bearing. Just a chip.i have heard metal puttey can be used then filed then painted. Is this right.if so what's the best one to get. Thanks Paul. |

Thanks colin. For the information it's a great help.i have bfw40 it does what I want light cuts on my stuart Turner casting I will invest at a later date.on a bigger mill.i am quite impressed.with the little mill. 250watt .for now. Paul . |

Thanks.neil. I have a .002" clearance. I was a bit concerned .like you say it's not under a work load.the bore is not as good as I would like still my 1st attempt. The mistake was the side of the boreing tool rubbed slightly. Still see how it goes.i can allways get a cylinder casting from stuart Turner. If I am not happy with it. Paul

Hi,can any of you please tell me when I can get after market mill cutters to fit proxxon bfw40/e. Colllet size .2.35.3.00.3.2.4.0.5.0.6.0mm. I know this is a toy,compared to some of the mills you have but at the present time it does the light milling I need.thanks.paul rogers.
