A thread on my Myford ML2 resurrection. There is very little information about on these lathes so I will add as I go. Hopefully will be useful to someone in the. future. Here is a pic of her as I bought her, 83063677_10220672937629459_3325744823998087168_n.jpg

Larry, Yup, there's hope for the girl. Thanks again yes

Gerard, When I say A10 in reality its a box of bits which the missus can understand my attraction to. I'm planning to build a Super Rocket replica with alternator and Norton primary. Won't make the rivet counters happy thought. What are you riding yourself?

Steamdave, Thanks for the link. I had great plans for this evening but I will chalk it down to "research" and no doubt will wander back over later for another look.

Harry, Its not as if I don't have enough to do around here. Suppose it's keeping out of the pub beer

Neil, Busy for sure. What a shame it would be to let this poor girl end up on the scrap heap.

Steviegtr. You know that there is no known cure for a Brit Bike addiction. I would love to hear more about your crankshaft mods, maybe in the motor area? I'm still finding my way (and getting side tracked) about the site!

Larry, Thank you for your kind offer. You know what a disadvantage we're at over here for parts and prices . Hopefully I will be up and running soon. I don't have a tail-stock yet so can't tell how straight the poor girl is. smile o

Thanks for the replies. I bought this lathe to make a few parts for an old BSA A10 I'm building from parts.

Hi all,

Thanks for the add. I just picked up my first lathe, Myford ml2 in poor shape. Looking forward to getting it running. Dave
