He will let you root through the non ferrous bins and sells by weight.

I find a damp cardboard box held together with duct tape works well and it deters potential thieves from trying to carry it away.

Hello Steven and Richard, I recently moved to Margam from Kent and am hoping to get my shed set up in the next few weeks.

We recently moved and my shed is in boxes still.
A new shed is on order so it shouldn't be long now.

When I first started astronomy I used a mechanical time switch on a hinged board for very crude tracking.
Not the most accurate but smoother than hand driving a Haig mount.

For an accurate square I use old optical prisms for 90d and 45d.
Even the worst prisms these days are quite good +/- 2 arc min surface 1/4 wave, while the better ones can be +/- 2 arc sec with a surface better than 1/20 wave.

Beware of a Meteor II that has been over revved, the plain bearings don't like it.

Sawdust sweepings from the joinery shop floor would be cast into the iron stove, the lid jammed on quick and a concrete block hastily placed on top.
The resulting crown fire would procede along the ducting and shoot forth singeing the hapless joiners who had carefully directed the hot air vents toward their work stations.

anecdotal evidence:
A recovery driver found he was often taking broken cars the Merc/BMW dealers, but had to ask a collegue how to get to the Toyota dealership.

How about some larger diameter nuts, tapped M6, say 3/4" dia , or whatever will fit.
Could be knurled or use a tommy bar? or both?

I thought I was buying Eclipse but as the tooth profile was 'rounded' and they could be tied in a knot I doubt they were the genuine article. Beware.
Luckily a neighbour is issued blades at work and he gave me a box full.

Absolutely nothing to do with the OP's problem but...
I once helped 'Old Mo' in renovating Crabble corn mill.
A huge long flat belt was called for, almost the length of the building.
The lads couldn't get the pulleys set right so Mo was called upon (did his time as a mill&engine wright).
He ordered all the windows and doors shut, then rigged a little motor to spin up the driver pulley.
He took his trusty oil can and squirted a dose of oil onto the spinning pulley.
A line of oil shot down the shop along the floor and up the far wall.
"just line up on that lads", and walked out
