M&W Micrometer Stand for £11.40

 543 forum posts 31 photos | Bought a new Micrometer stand, I was going to make a new one but after finding this Moore and Wright 279 Series from MACHINE-DRO at £11.40 I decided to buy instead. I did hear M&W have all their apparatus made in the far east these days so wasn't expecting too much for the money but the stand that turned up today is well made and robust, well pleased. Paul

| 1504 forum posts 142 photos | I got one of these a short while ago to hold my comparative mike, which is too heavy for my small stand. Whilst it has all the hallmarks of "Made in China" it works very well. But mine cost £15 |
