I was given an Emco QCT and five tool-holders for my maximat V10P . I need more holders but they seem all to be gone from Ebay.

When looking at the Dixon type toolpost and holders for ML7 they look very similar. The Emco is a Dixon style I think. The Emco QCT are stamped S00/M MA. The Chronos type for ML7 is called T00 DIXON STYLE.

From Chronos I have got the overall dimensions for their ML7 QCT and tool-holders. In size they are quite close but as always "Devil is in the details" The details are the T-slot and angels in the interlocking and aligning part.

Does anyone here know if it will fit?

It sound like you have the Dickson type but If yours is the Emco offset tee slot type described by Graham then I have two plain holders, a parting tool holder and a toolblock of that type that I intended to put on eBay at some point. PM me if this is of interest.

Thank you for your answers,

The Emco toolpost looks exactly like the one advertized by RDG tools on ebay:

The answer to my OP is yes, if you by them from A&R Precision.
Information from forum members and A&R Precision together resulted in my decision for an order. The parcel landed a week ago and today I could test them. They fit one hundred per cent with the Emco tool post and tool holders. Now I can mount one toolpost on my Emcomat 7L and one on my Emco Maximat V10p. I will shim the tool posts up so the top is exactly the same hight over center on both lathes. Then I can use all tool holders on both tool posts..
