I have just come back from my local metal supermarket, and learned that the company has been bought out in its entirety, by a Canadian.
The new owner is in the UK and is doing a tour of all of their outlets. Our local store is expecting a visit next week so they are busy sprucing up the place.
My hope is that they do not change the company policy of supplying small quantities, as that will effect a very large number of amateur engineers. There is nothing on their web site ( http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/ ) Has anyone else heard any more?

Has anyone used the London one? |
