168 forum posts 26 photos | I have recently bent a 'joggle' into crosshead plates for a much smaller loco. The principle should be the same, using the brench vice to press the shape of the plate. You first make a die pair and then press the plate between them in the vice. See my poor example at https://picasaweb.google.com/Dave22fair/Loco15Crosshead#.
