Gerald Wingrove mastered making spoked wheels for cars back in the 70s and still is doing it. His jig-based method should work OK for bike wheels. You can buy some very small chains that might do, otherwise I imagine custom punch and a lot of patience doing the 'wrist watch works'. Neil |
