4318 forum posts 291 photos 1 articles	I have seen very few examples of bicycle models. You might be exploring uncharted territory... Gerald Wingrove mastered making spoked wheels for cars back in the 70s and still is doing it. His jig-based method should work OK for bike wheels. You can buy some very small chains that might do, otherwise I imagine custom punch and a lot of patience doing the 'wrist watch works'. Neil
