T/E Identification

Sirs,
     Iam trying to identify a T/E that is passing through my hands that was built by the late Barrie Neville.
Length  17"   Width  8 1/8"  Rear wheel 6 1/8" dia.   Front wheel  4 1/8" Dia.
Road engine.   Single Cyl.  2 speed.   Coal fired.   3/4 canopy.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thats not far off Minnie sizes but there are a few other 1" engines about from the 50-60s. Can you post a picture?
