Access to digital archive not working

Hello, hopefully someone from MEW Customer service is reading this.
 
I recently subscribed to digital MEW and had access exactly for one day.
Now I allways get the message that I habe no valid subscription allthoug I entered the subscription number correctly in my profile.
 
Several requests by email to [email protected] were left unanswered. 
Please drop me a message about the status of my subscription

Hi, I agree with Thomas, having an received an acknowledgement to my subscription
to MEW Digtal Archive I can't get access, and yes I too have added and saved in my
profile.
 
 In fact I'm not sure how a subscriber gets access, if it is indeed avaiable.
 
I only seem to be able to get to the page that sells the subscription.
 
Site home page is so full of advertising, it would be nice to see a clear path to what
I have paid for.
 
Hoping, like Thomas, that this will reach the subscriptions team, please?

Mr Welch, reply from subscription company management.
I have looked at Mr Welch's accounts and can confirm the following subscription Numbers:

 *******2  for Model Engineer Magazine

 *******1 for Model Engineers' Workshop

 *******2 for Model Engineers' Workshop (Digital)

Just to confirm if you were to subscribe today to all three magazines it's possible to have the same subscription number for all magazines. Mr Welch has the same number for Model Engineer and Model Engineer Workshop Digital, he has just used the wrong number for his digital account.
