Hi All,
I am a subscriber to MEW and have registered my subscriber number on this site. Curiously whenever I click on "Back Issues" I get the standard subscriber only message, the only way I can view these is to go to "My Details" where the subscriber number is already displayed, click onto "Save" and I can then view the back issues.
Surely I should not have to do this every time I log on, or am I doing something stupid?

Hi stupid,
been there done that

I was told that I had to enter all my details exactly as they appear on the grey wrapper

what I mean is, even down to how they have spelt your name...

my problem was I have 2 "L"s in my name but they had written only 1 L

so I had to keep entering my details until I copied my subscription details in full, then all was ok

hope this helps

good luck

Hi
I have the same problem as you Philip and I'm sure my details are correct or surley I wouldn't be able to access the back issues at all.

I have the same issue, I put it down to the site growing faster than it can keep up with, I didn't think it worth mentioning. As a newish subscriber I find it an unbelievable bonus to have the back issues available online, so good I can even put up with the clunky flexipage software! I've been printing out a couple of articles before leaving work every day to read on the train home. Thanks MEW!

I also have to click save every time. Put it down to a fault in the site.

Hi everyone,

Can you try again please, as it should be working now without having to keep going to the "Save" page any more.

Thanks
