Hi,
For a few years now I have been building the Bob Roach 1/6 P&W  Wasp Junior.  The crankshaft and related parts have been made, as specified, in EN19T/SAE4140 and need to be Nitrided. There lies the problem, searching the web only seems to bring up companies who operate on a large scale.

Does anyone know of a firm which takes on small one off orders ? I'm not looking for a "back door, packet of fags"  type of deal just somewhere where it could be done properly without anything being lost.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the lead will give them a try. Will have to get my head around this project again as it has been lingering for a while now being well into a Satra 0-440 which doesn't need such specialist input.
