That little devil again

The little devil that lives under every bodies work bench has been at it again.

Pressed the red Off button on my Warco lathe and the green On button shot off, can I find it, it's not something the size of a 10BA washer after all.

Had this problem with the button on my Warco, think Warco replaced the original FOC, seems a bad design.
