How heavy should the weight be?

20 forum posts 6 photos | The drawing of the weight for my lantern clock (ME article by Malcolm Wild) works out to be about 11lbs. Is this about right it seems a bit on the heavy side to me Thanks for your help

1716 forum posts | Don't know the clock but if it is anything in size like a long case, 11lb is about right. You could always make up a weight of about 9lbs and see how it goes and increase accordingly Roy |
