8 forum posts	I am looking at a part built loco with a commercially manufactured boiler. The boiler does nt have any certification or history, it looks well made. Can anyone identify the builder from the stamping on the attached photo please. Stamping reads, R.V.86. 2.2.05. T.P. 200. P.S.I.
