Identity of boiler manufacturer

I am looking at a part built loco with a commercially manufactured boiler. The boiler does nt have any certification or history, it looks well made. Can anyone identify the builder from the stamping on the attached photo please.

Stamping reads, R.V.86. 2.2.05. T.P. 200. P.S.I. CE

Thanks Michael, that certainly looks like the same boiler. I was just confirming to Roy that Stuart's photos were visible as he seemed unable to see them. yes
