A long while ago, 1980s?, George Thomas wrote an ME article on making chain link couplings for model locos.Can anyone give me the issue number please?

With house moves, gaps have appeared in my ME collection, and I suspect my copy has gone awol.

Just in case you already have the book, I believe the article appears in the back of one of his Workshop books Most probably The Model Engineers Workshop Manual.

Thank you both for your responses. I don't have GHT's book as I originally had most of his writings in magazine form. The very useful index, ( now bookmarked ) has enabled me to identify that I still do have the necessary copies.
