Problem with locking chuck on lathe

| 173 forum posts 7 photos | Hi, today for the first time I am having problems with locking my lathe chuck too the lathe. It’s a Colchester bantam using the cam lock D1-3 system. The problem I am getting is that the camlock starts to undo during the job. I have tried resetting the Chuck pegs, but nothing works. Has anyone had this problem and what was the answer. Thanks |

| 173 forum posts 7 photos | Hi, yes I did know, but thanks anyway. I think I have a mix of wear on the chuck pegs and the locks. It’s a very old lathe |
