143 forum posts 41 photos | Whilst visiting MSC yesterday to purchase some carbide slot drills , I picked up one of their offer sheets wherein I found that they were doing 5c collets at £3.74 each . I am not naive enough to imagine that if I paid several times this amount , my standard of work would reflect it , I am however happy to produce something that works for me , so I bought a few . Just thought others on here may share my thinking and would wish to take advantage . i have no connection with the company , other than as a customer, occasionally! . ![]() 144 forum posts | Always worth having a read of their 'Advantage' monthly comic IMO. Have recently bought a couple of fine adjustment magnetic stands which were less than £10 each. Have bought some of those cheapo 5C collets in the past too; They're good value for money; sadly they don't seem to discount the hex or square bore 5C collets which are still rather spendy. |
