Where to buy hss sets at good price in european online shops?

As the Brexit is a done deal the uk online shops for tooling became more expensive on money and paperwork.

As a european union citizen whre can i buy at competive price in a european union online store some lathe turning tool set?

i´m looking for 16 or 20mm sizes .

When I lived in Portugal, these people were good for tools, bronze and aluminium bar, etc. I don't remember ever getting HSS from them, but I expect they had it. They certainly had carbide inserts:

Perhaps not the cheapest but have a look at RC Machines. **Link**. I´ve used them a few times over the years. 16mm seems to be the biggest they do.

Thank you for these. I face the same problem. (A jar of Marmite from the UK cost me a fiver in import charges this week !) Oddly, stuff from China very rarely seems to attract import charges.
It is a pity, because the UK has so many ME relevent suppliers. I find particular problems sourcing short lengths of materials. My local place which will cut me any length has unknown specs and no brass or bronze and the big place down near Pula that serves the shipyards and has proper specs of all metals wants to sell me huge lengths
