Dealing with casting blow holes

7 forum posts | What is my best option for dealing with these blow holes in the casting. I'll end up under size if I carry on cutting.
Thanks for any help. Link to pic of the casting. https://i.imgur.com/CnJlKca.jpg

2742 forum posts 39 photos | Hello Martin, I don't think they matter that much and will not affect strength I suggest filling them with a thin mix of epoxy that has cast iron dust mixed in and dress them flat when it is hard. They will then vanish from view after painting Regards Brian |
