Hi

I have this part which I think is for steam but I know very little about it. Is anyone here able to identify it?

Ah thank you Duncan. That makes sense seeing the needle valve.

So I’m assuming the displacement is of oil by condensed steam and that the valve at the bottom is to drain the condensation.
Is the steam inlet and oil outlet the same connection?
