Has something happened between SKY and Yahoo mail?

4655 forum posts 304 photos	Today when I went to my home page on Microsoft edge, (SKY yahoo mail), the Yahoo was missing. I went to the Yahoo mail login and my password doesn't work. Have any other members noticed anything odd? I obviously managed to log in to the ME site with my sky.com address and password for here.

257 forum posts 35 photos	Yes it happened to me about 3 weeks ago. Could log in to portal but not on Outlook, iphone or Ipad. It was a pain getting them all going again, from memory I had to get a code, you need to google this. Malc

4655 forum posts 304 photos	I have now managed to get to my emails, that's a relief. Having gone to my little used Gmail site to confirm that that is ok, and they sent a security question to the SKY Yahoo which I was able to confirm after getting onto the Yahoo home page, I am in a tizzy. I had wondered if it was linked with my having closed my SKY account when I took up Virgin media when the area had cabling installed.

1613 forum posts 72 photos	You should still be able to login to sky web mail or via yahoo web mail with your sky ID and password, however a large number of 3rd party email clients new updating to work with Yahoo. I pearsonaly have kicked sky email into touch they have let their users down big time. H
