Handy Height Lift Table

Anyone have experience of these lift tables, made by Handy height Products in Norfolk some years ago? There are a couple of pictures of them in the archive of Station Road Steam but nothing else I can find. They appear to have made models for lifting larger scale steam locos and sometimes motorcycles.

I've bought one but am unsure as to how it's been abused/modified so would love to know more/find an instruction leaflet
