I made an order with Myford solutions about three weeks ago and nothing has arrived yet. Email has not yet been responded too either. It looks legit but I am starting to get suspicious.

Has any one had any experience with them?

I would not worry. Frans is inherently reliable, and extremely helpful. He helped me with a small part made from a particular alloy of unobtanium.

I had some parts worked up in the spring / summer last year. From autumn, Frans was seriously ill and had to go to the hospital. But some things were not done yet, a lead screw had to be changed. Frans was very helpful and sent me spare parts (unfortunately they were not ok). Frans was not feeling well. I still had some questions. I have not heard from him since then.
I wrote again about two / three months ago - and received no response.
The hint about the vacation time is I think from last year.
I'm worried about Frans.
