204 forum posts | Does anyone know the size of the fixing bolts (to the boiler) on the 2" Durham and North Yorkshire traction engine? Also what would be the "best" material for the same? I suppose a similar engine could provide similar info? |

My plans show No 26 holes in the cylinder for the boiler fixing studs so this gives and upper size for the studs of 3.7mm . I used Bronze for the studs on my Burrell Brian C
