Hi

I bought a lovely 3 1/2 " tank engine at a sale and found upon research that it is a P V Baker. It's in need of an overhaul and a new boiler cert so I bought plans which are helpful but I am now wondering if a build article was ever published in Model Engineer and if so how i go about getting a copy.

This has come up before on the forum, it appears there are only two articles in issues 2304 and 2305 from 1945. I can see both on eBay right now. Unfortunately LBSC seems to always expect you to have access to all of his earlier articles, so it may be that one of his more complete construction series for a different loco is helpful as well.

Edit

I just noticed where you live, luckily one of the eBay listings is in Australia which should save you postage.  Reading the earlier thread you might also need 2283 and 2294 (also on eBay right now).
