18 forum posts	Can anyone tell me what colour is best at the back of the water gauge glass i have terrible trouble trying to see the water level especially in shaded areas at the moment i don't have anything behind the glass except the black backhead.

(The image of the lines is inverted when it passes thru the water) or a glass with a red stripe on the back like those on a termometer. Glass is available with red line already on it. 149 forum posts 43 photos	The diagonal is my favorite, but, it works best when your face is directly in front of the glass. I wanted to use the diagonal line method, but, the angle from my head to the glass was such that is was not useful. So, I went with the colored line behind the glass. I could only get "blue line" in the size I needed. The colored line type works well at almost any angle. David
