Over the last week we have had a number of people who have struggled to renew their subscriptions, as reminder letters have been sent out that feature a long number starting with 100... but not the subscription number, that starts with 40....

Unsurprisingly some people assume that the number is their subs number. This affects subscribers to both ME and MEW.

We will be writing to everyone affected by this mistake to confirm their correct subscription number and to advise them how to renew.
