It was created by Fred Kahl from Brooklyn, New York aka the Gread Fredini, a side show performer and artist inventor. "Entirely 3D printed, this is 1:13 scale replicate of Coney Island's famed Luna Park as it stood a hundred years ago is populated with 3D scanned portraits of Coney Island's most interesting characters" For more details
