HI

is there any charts about for ME tap and die drill size etc charts ? I got a jezuz book but they not in it. ?????

Gav,

Core diameter is the theoretical diameter at the root of a full depth male thread [and will be pretty much what the die cuts]. ... Tapping drill, as you will see, is usually a little larger, because there is no need for 100% engagement.
