Finish a bar end

2904 forum posts 448 photos	No specifics given, so we guess. Goody. Sandpaper and elbow grease. Disk / belt sander. Oil stone. Some means to keep it square may help. Or do you (also) want chamfering? If you really want to finish it, leave it on a railway track or hit it with a sledge hammer?

426 forum posts 1 photos	Depends how good a finish. I use scotchbrite wheels on my bench grinder to satin finish then cotton mops to get a mirror polish.
