99 forum posts 21 photos	Has anyone got a spark erosion tool that I could use. I need to make some 1:12 scale extrusion dies this involve making a shape that will fit inside a 3/8 circle and cut down 0.125" of steel. I have made 10 blanks they are 0.833" dia 0.125" thick. 6956 forum posts 229 photos	Paul. Some nice work on your site. Have you searched for spark eroder designs? There are some pretty simple ones that should be a doddle for somone of your skill to make. You must have seen the one on the SMEE stand at Sandown. Edited By Bazyle on 05/02/2015 18:09:51
