I agree that it took me more than a few minutes to get the correct orientation and then a few head scratches to decide how to machine them correctly. If you can wait another day or two - Ill take some pictures and post them. They might help you. PhilH |

This first shot (please excuse the blurred pictures) shows the bottom of the cylinder and the bolting port face. You might notice the cast lettering also at the bottom. The next shot (below). I have machined the steam chest to the exact length (within 0.001" |
