16 forum posts | I had the miss fortune to damage my Axminster X1 mill on Sunday afternoon. Once stripped down I found a damaged gear on the end of the motor assembly. After downloading the manual for the mill from the Axminster web site I was able to identify the faulty gear. I rang Axminster at 15:30 on Monday afternoon to see if i could get a new gear I ordered one over the phone within 1 hour I had received a email saying my order had been dispached. when I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon the gear was waiting for me. This has to be outstanding customer service. I have no connection with the company just a very satisfied customer. |
