![]() 910 forum posts 197 photos | I bought the same mill over a year ago and the first thing to hit me was that the bolt holes on the base to stand were very close to the edge on the front edge then the fine power feed was on and off. Warco sent a new potentometer plus other parts that were faulty promptly. In these days of health and safety as regards electrics I had to strip and replace the potentometer myself. As regards moving and assembling it as a 70year old and not that fit with a home made engine hoist, limited head room and on a slope with common sense and suitable straps it was assembled and moved into position one handed. As my old friend used to say there is no word as can't join the try company. Windy

3 forum posts | Hi I recently purchased a second hand Warco VMC which was manufactured in 2011. I removed the head/Motor for transportation but unfortunately lost the piece of paper with wiring connections on. The motor is a single phase double capacition induction motor. The terminal block inside has on the top row left to right connections Z2/W2 next U2 next V2 bottom row lower left U1 next V1 next Z1/W1 The wiring to the motor has the following labels attached. Red wire Z1 Red wire Z2 Black wire n11 Black wire L11 and an earth wire which has an obvious position on the motor. I contacted Warco and they sent me a circuit diagram it had no reference to the connection on the motor. Can anyone help???? |
