I recently inherited a warco VMC MILLING MACHINE manufactured 2011. In an effort to move the mill I removed the head from the mill and disconnected the motor. I thought it would be a good idea to take a picture on my phone so it could be easily re connected. Unfortunately I lost my phone. Warco aren’t able to give me a wiring diagram with the wiring connections on for the motor which seams hard to believe and is a bit disopointing. There are 4 wires and an earth wire which are labelled L11, N11, Z1 AND Z2 The connector block inside the motor has six terminals Top left Z2/W2 , U2, V2 Bottom left U1, V1, Z1/W1 The motor is a dual capacitor induction motor model YL90L-4 /240 V/ 1400 RPM/ 1.5 HP If anyone has a warco with the same motor and would not mind taking a look under the motor cover I would be most grateful Kevin |

Hi I recently purchased a second hand Warco VMC which was manufactured in 2011. I removed the head/Motor for transportation but unfortunately lost the piece of paper with wiring connections on. The motor is a single phase double capacition induction motor. The terminal block inside has on the top row left to right connections Z2/W2 next U2 next V2 bottom row lower left U1 next V1 next Z1/W1 The wiring to the motor has the following labels attached. Red wire Z1 Red wire Z2 Black wire n11 Black wire L11 and an earth wire which has an obvious position on the motor. I contacted Warco and they sent me a circuit diagram it had no reference to the connection on the motor. Can anyone help???? |
