Which is best

Although it might be better to make a new dedicated holder from scratch. I have some steel block over from the last ones i made. The idea of not cutting it down & having a holder with a hole through probably be the best option. It will give me chance to get some more experience with the mill. The last ones i made were a little bit large on the dovetails & the handle comes too far round. So more care this time round. Steve. |

It should dip slightly. Yes i did that. All went well, but i may have to remove a bit from the side as well. It does not sit well in respect of the holding screws. Steve. |
