Finally, it's apart and cleaning & paint strip is underway. I await a quote for boring & sleeving the mainshaft housing to overcome quite severe fretting corrosion damage. If excessive, I'll put it back & run it as is until the next project, a bigger lathe, is complete and I can do it myself...2014, I guess. I will post pics once everything is clean & painted; uniform black & gungy does not a decent picture make. Adrian
